  The LPNs seem to be more caring and concerned than the doctors. Billing is a joke. They participate in the Global Fee billing which basically put you in a payment plan if you are pregnant and makes you prepay for services; long story short, they want their money first before you start getting billed from hospitals etc. And if you don't want to prepay then they will nail you with the bill and demand their money within 30 days or else you go to collections. I wish I would have asked how much the NIPT test was. Apparently, they make is so its mandatory if you are 35 yrs or older but don't bother to mention that the lab will charge your insurance $26,000!!! Which left me with a $1,700 bill, which by the way is not part of their services. All because, how did Dr. Perlis say it..cause I'm "old"... I'm 35. I found out I had family members go and switch offices right away for one reason or another. Wish I would have done more research. Stay away is the best thing to do, especially if you are pregnant.

  Ridiculously slow. Appointment made for my elderly mother at 10:45 and showed up 20 minutes early per request. It's now 12:45 and we're still here. Ladies you deserve better!
